Like, from scratch and shit. I am dumbfounded. Aghast.

Back in the late ‘70s/early ‘80s there was a guy putting V12s into 308s, but he was using original Ferrari engines out of wrecked cars. But building your own Ferrari V12? That’s on another level entirety.

Ain’t he though. I particularly like the bit where he sets fire to the basement due to an injector problem, so his wife kicks the project out of the house, leading to a short pause while he builds a massive shed in his yard before getting on with the job.
The bit where about 200 posts in, he casually throws in the fact that he wrote his own ECU code is pretty good too.

When he MADE the mini TIG welder tool to weld INSIDE the cylinder head intakes, I just bowed to his grace.
I appreciate that he pressed on. That is what really sets me back. By his project management ethos, I should have finished at least TWO car projects.
A Sawzall to a Ferrari engine block...my guy. A new level.
